I have only used the wester Union (in Tokyo) in the past. I find that either you have someone send you money over by pay-pall or WU more or less they charge the same fees.
So I would recommend pay-pal, which is more convenient since you don`t have to go to the bank and pick up the money. Last time I went to pick up money from the WU I was waiting in line for about 2hrs.
