This is seriously 101 forum skills, but I'll help.

1. Get the image url (usual way - right click on image and select 'copy image location. Or select properties and coy the url)

There are a few ways to get it into a forum thread, but the easiest is the same as any other forum:

2. put the url between two image tags [img][/img]

Or

3. Use the WYSIWYG editor (activate that at the bottom of the text entry box) then click the image bottom and paste the url in that box. Ignore the alternative text box when you see it.

Mate, just get the image url and put it in the middle of this: [img][/img]

Its the same as on every forum everywhere.

Now right click on that picture and select properties and select the url in the little window and copy it, or if you are using FireFox, select Copy Image Location. That will give you this, which you put in the middle of the img tags. I was a banker for 13 years and even I can do it.
