wiki questions

Checked out the wiki help page but to no avail. Hopefully the powers-that-be or senior ninjas can help me out with couple of questions. Thanks in advance for any replies.
- how does the "point" system work?
- are 100 pts required to add to the wiki or just to edit it?
- how can I find out how many pts I have?
