As requested a while ago, I added a simple 'Jump To' forum navigation menu to the bottom of all forum pages (except the top forum page). So after making a post you can click the forum you want to go to next, rather than the back button or scroll back up to the red breadcrumb trail at the top of the page. I also added a New Forum Posts list.
