My Site page
All members have a personalised My Site page. Currently it has a bunch of boxes that show new content etc. It also has three tabbed pages: the main page, Social Networks and Weather/Mail (from memory). I just put all that there as an example of what can be done.
1. do we need multiple pages (tabs)? Do you use or want mail and social network stuff?
2. what do you want to see on the default page? A bunch of narrower boxes, in two columns as it is now, or a layer of wider boxes showing new content for each area of PN, that is, one column of wider boxes? I can also mix it up a bit: one wide box/column at the top with two columns of narrow boxes below, that is, a stacked arrangement. And regardless of arrangement, what do you want to see in each box?
I'm asking now as any changes made later will wipe out all current customizations (the boxes can be dragged around etc, you can even add new boxes as you wish... almost unlimited in fact... if I enable more custom boxes to be added. Its best to establish what we want for the future before too many members join and then we make a big change to the My Site page.

i like multiple tabs. too much stuff on one tab is too cluttered. i'm not a social networker, but i use mail and i'm always going to use that in a new window. ideally we have a snowpack tab (at least for Hakuba). that's the only thing i would probably go to SJ for this season. Maybe we can talk to Evergreen about that? Would be cool to get some kind of link into snow-forecast as well.

i like the idea of a wide box at the top w/ two narrow boxes below so if we can get something superimportant to me (such as snowpack or snow-forecast), i can have a seperate tab for that and a wide box.
