went this last year. very educational. accidentally met tatsu tho. our japanese levels are different but i still think we can learn a lot from it.
yesterday i participated in cpr (cardio-pulmonary resuscitation) class and learnt how to use aed (automated external defibrillator). these classes are for free too. your local fire departments or red cross organize them. http://www.jrc.or.jp/search/study-link/index.html they also have 2 days advanced class. if you have any problem/questions with japanese regarding this link then plz let me know.
