You User Profile will be almost empty and have the title '%profilenode' until you create a profile by adding info and saving it. Do this using your menu on the top left: Select 'My account' and then the tab 'User Profile'. Everything there will be visible to other members. Note, the tab 'Edit' is used to edit private info like password, email address, change your avatar and modify other setting. Check the User Profile of Poach Ninja Admin for an example.
Your default home page location is at My Pages. You can access them at any time by clicking 'Home' above each page title, or 'My Pages' at the top of your menu on the left. You can create multiple pages that all hold what ever data blocks you like. The best way to familiarise yourself with it is to experiment. There are 1000's of potential 'Droplets' that can be add, if you find one that you want then contact Poach Ninja Admin. When you register you will find three My Pages already set up for you. You can edit this to suit you. If you don't like a change then reset the default setting. Do what ever you like. Note, you can view an unformatted version of your main 'My Pages' page using a tab in your User Profile, however you can not edit it from that view.
You can subscribe to various types of content in poachninja.com by using the Subscribe link, usually at the bottom of each page. Subscriptions can be used to keep track of a certain Forum threads, sections of the forum or the entire forum. Likewise for blogs, Albums and the Wiki. The forum Subscription button is located at the bottom right of head post that starts a thread. Manage your subscriptions at My Stuff > My Profile > Subscriptions. There you can view and delete subscriptions and set defaults such as Auto-subscribe to new content and Auto subscribe to items that you comment on. You can also set how frequently you receive and email notification and how they are sent (individually or merged)
This is probably the most useful minor function on poachninja.com. My Stuff > My Posts allows you to see your history of posts, whether it was commenting on another blog, a forum reply of a new forum topic, or an image. It also lists how many new replies have been written since you last visited. This makes following up your interaction in the community much easier.
